Data Deletion Request

E²S Studio manages clients’ social media accounts under their authorisation. This page explains how both our clients and third parties whose data is processed during that service can submit an erasure request.

Send an email to info@e2sstudio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". So we can process it, please include:

• Your name.
• The account or username the data relates to.
• Which data you mean, if your request is limited to a particular type.
• A contact address where we can reply.

We may ask for additional information to verify your request. This is to prevent data being disclosed to, or erased by, the wrong person.

If you have connected your account to us, you can revoke the authorisation yourself at any time, independently of us:

• Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → select the app → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Website Permissions → Apps and Websites → Remove the app.

Once revoked, your access tokens are deleted and our access to your account ends. Posts already published remain on your account and stay under your control.

If you commented on or messaged one of our clients’ accounts, you may request erasure of the copy we hold. Including your username and an approximate date speeds up the process.

Only you or the account owner can remove the original content on the social media platform itself; that remains under the platform’s control.

Your request is resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature, and the outcome is communicated to you.

Records we are legally required to keep (for example invoicing and accounting records, and commercial messaging consent records) are retained for the statutory period. They are not used for any other purpose.
