This app does not provide, host or link to any media content. Using it requires your own lawful playlist link or provider account.

Everything played comes from a source the user entered themselves. The app ships with no bundled list, no searchable catalogue and no referral to any provider.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, write to info@e2sstudio.com. Your notice should contain:

• A description of the work you hold rights to.
• Where the infringement occurs: the source address and a screenshot if available.
• Your name, the capacity in which you act, and an address where we can reach you.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the rights holder or by law.
• A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you act on behalf of the rights holder.

Because the app hosts no streams, we cannot take one down; it is technically not ours to remove. What we can do is record the notice, examine whether the app has any connection to the content, and remove any reference on the app’s side if one exists.

If your notice concerns a source in a user’s own playlist, we will direct you to whoever hosts that source: user playlists never reach us and are not stored by us.

We respond within 48 hours of receiving a notice. The response states plainly what we did and why.

If you believe an action taken on a notice was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It should identify you, the action you dispute and your reasons.

Knowingly filing a false notice carries legal liability. Every notice received and sent is placed on record.

Notices are assessed under both the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) and Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
