Söyleme! — Privacy Policy

You create no account and the game is played offline. The app reaches the network for three things only: advertising, purchase validation and crash measurement. This page explains each of them.

Effective date: 28 August 2026

1. In short

Söyleme! is a word-explaining party game you play with friends on a single device.

  • No account is required. We ask for no name, email address, phone number or postal address.
  • The game is played entirely offline. The word decks ship inside the app; no connection is needed to play.
  • We collect nothing that directly identifies you.
  • The app goes online for three purposes: showing ads, validating purchases, and crash and usage measurement.

2. Data controller

  • Data controller: Serdar Şahin (Sole Proprietorship)
  • Trade name: E²S Studio
  • Tax office / Tax ID: Davutpaşa Tax Office — 7960782593
  • Address: Çırpıcı Mah. Yeşilyol G Sk. No:40, Zeytinburnu, 34025 Istanbul, Türkiye
  • Contact: info@e2sstudio.com

The app is published under the E²S Studio brand; the legal person behind the brand is the sole proprietorship above. The App Store shows Serdar Şahin as the seller, being the business's legal name, while Google Play shows E²S Studio as the developer. They are the same business.

This policy is written under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Data that never leaves your device

The following is stored on your phone and sent to no one, us included. Removing the app deletes it with them.

  • Your settings: sound, haptics, theme
  • Your match setup: team names, round length, pass allowance, target score
  • The state and scores of an unfinished match
  • Ad frequency counters, so you do not see the same ad twice in a row
  • A local copy of your entitlement, so you can play without a connection

None of this reaches our servers, team names included — the game has no server of its own.

4. Advertising — Google AdMob

In the free version, ads appear between rounds and on menu screens; never during play.

Ads are served by Google AdMob, which processes the following data:

  • Advertising identifier (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS) — ad selection and frequency capping
  • IP address — country/region detection and fraud prevention
  • Device and operating system details — sizing the ad for the device
  • Ad interactions (impressions, clicks) — measurement and billing

Your consent governs. On first launch the app shows Google's consent form (UMP). In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and comparable regions, accepting means personalised ads and declining means non-personalised ads only — the app works exactly the same either way, and no feature is withheld.

On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown as well. You may decline; the app is unaffected.

To change your decision later: Settings → Privacy → “Change ad preferences”. The option appears only in regions where the form is required.

Once you purchase, interstitial and menu ads are switched off entirely.

5. Crash diagnostics and usage measurement — Firebase

If the app closes unexpectedly, a technical report is generated so we can find and fix the fault (Firebase Crashlytics). The report contains:

  • Device model, operating system version, app version
  • The failing line of code and the stack trace
  • The last technical steps before the fault, such as which screen you were on
  • A randomly generated installation identifier

Anonymous usage events are also recorded so we can tell which parts of the app get used (Firebase Analytics): a match starting, a round finishing, a deck being chosen, the subscription screen opening.

These events carry NO team names, no card content and nothing that identifies you. Only figures about the game itself travel — which decks were picked, how many were shuffled together.

Firebase Analytics additionally processes the advertising identifier and coarse device/region information. You can reset the advertising identifier, or turn personalisation off, in your device settings.

6. Subscriptions and purchases — RevenueCat

When you buy, payment is taken by the Apple App Store or Google Play directly. Your card details never reach us; only the store sees them.

We verify whether your entitlement is valid through a service called RevenueCat, which processes:

  • A randomly generated anonymous user identifier — to tie your entitlement to the device
  • Purchase and subscription history — to unlock access and to close it when the term ends
  • Store country, platform and app version — to show the right product at the right price

That identifier is not linked to your name or email address, and we do not match it against any other information.

Restoring purchases. If you change device, or delete and reinstall the app, Settings → “Restore purchases” brings your access back. That check asks the store account, not us.

7. What we do not collect

To be explicit, we collect none of the following:

  • Name, surname, email address, phone number, postal address
  • Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, files
  • Precise location (GPS)
  • Health, biometric or financial data
  • Team names and the content of the cards you play
  • Social media accounts or contact lists

The app requests no location, camera, microphone or contacts permission.

8. Children

Söyleme! is not directed at children under 13, and its store listing declares its audience accordingly. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

The app contains a deck called “Çocuk” (Children); it holds child-friendly subjects — animals, toys, fairy tales — and is designed to be played together with adults. Its presence does not make the app a product directed at children.

If you believe data from a child under 13 has been processed, write to info@e2sstudio.com and we will review and delete it.

9. Transfer and retention

The processing described above happens on Google and RevenueCat servers outside Türkiye, principally in the United States. The transfer is necessary for the service to work and is carried out under those providers’ standard contractual clauses.

Retention periods:

  • Data on your device: until you delete the app.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports for 90 days.
  • Firebase Analytics: event data for 2 months by default.
  • AdMob and RevenueCat: for the periods stated in their own policies.

We have no direct access to the raw data held by any of the three; we see aggregated reports only.

10. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK and under the GDPR you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to its processing.

  • Reset the advertising identifier: Android → Settings → Google → Ads. iOS → Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Change your ad consent: in the game, Settings → Privacy.
  • Erase everything: removing the app deletes all on-device data and stops measurement data being collected.
  • Send a request: info@e2sstudio.com — or use our data deletion page: https://e2sstudio.com/en/legal/veri-silme

We answer requests within 30 days at the latest.

12. Changes

If we update this policy, the effective date on this page changes with it. If the kinds of data collected change materially, we will say so inside the app as well.
